    How clever were the market manipulators pushing bank shares higher in pre close last night.

    How stupid were the market retailers buying bank shares higher in pre close last night.

    New rules from NZ ..banks not allowed to pay dividends in this uncertain time..

    Wonder whether Aus will make same rules here???
