FEL chart is an absolute ripper, fundamentally speakiung and i dont usually like to go there, its all about the charts, this sure has to be one of the cheapest IO plays ?
Look back in 6 months time, reckon this will be above 20 cents IMO

Looks to be still working through short sighted placement sellers, however it does look on the cusp of a break out, if 5 cents goes, should see at least mid 5s IMO
