I am currently in Lyon, Frqnce and have only just found out about things a few days ago.
I dont have the time at the moment to read all the posts but will be back in London on wednesday and will look into further.
the only thing i can sqy at the moment is that ucl have received a similar like this before when they released the may ann re: the development of mehidibad.
the iranians do come across as very direct and harsh when writing a letter but this IMO may be a mere wake up call for UCL and may be the best news for them. The irqnians want to develop this thing now.
Rob has built a very good rapport with Iran since 1999. his wife is iranian and im sure isaccustomed to the way the iranians go about their things. Im sure a meeting or two will smooth things over.
I believe we should not throw in the towel. The development of the project may be sooner than we think and ucl I believe will be there as one of the JV parties.
