    Watch for a move on the options before the IBX chart breaks out, should signal a move coming

    IBX Daily if this breaks 1.6 ( which it looks like its setup too ) then this should run to 2-2.2 cents

    Should see IBXOA trading 1 cent + with 3 years expiry and only a 3 cent exercise price
