I didn't get back yesterday as I was working & took a step back reflecting on my behavior the other day. I reacted without thinking it through.
He was just giving me a heads up, giving some recognition on the chart & I took it the the wrong way. It wasn't at him personally, however it seems I've been snappy in my personal life as well.
If he was going to take a step back, I'd rather do it myself since he's a respected individual and keep him around.
