They should this week announce approval from NOPTA to drill for 6TCF of gas 30kms away from Newcastle They drilled it 10 years ago and missed the formation but ran to like a $300 to 400M combined market cap The price of gas in Sydney now is $12/gl!
Last time they went from NOPTA approval to finance to booking a rig in 3 weeks and 10 fold increase What do you think is a fair price for a company approved to drill for 6TCF of gas with gas prices at those crazy prices and only 30kms away from onshore processing? Couple hundred $M?
