    SLM Tranche 2 of shares issued today to there professional investors after paying 55 cents per share, and currently trading at 43 cents there will be no doubt be some unfriendly broker to client phone conversations going on

    A move towards the placement price surely innevitable, would not be surprised to see some news flow now
