I agree about property but I think that horse has bolted. My suggestion would be to go look at the beach suburbs of Adelaide.

Btw. Stock picking is not the best description. It's mainly when peeps lock onto a stock and take a rose coloured view no matter what happens.

Life is short!

I will be looking at Adelaide towards the end of the year and into 2025 - I want more in QLD but that has bolted also. Or, I'll go back to Tas and pickup some there
