Lynas have around 400m shares compared to ARU's approx 120m.
I have not read the $1.50 figure from a non sponsoring broker, the only way I can see that happening is absolutely no delays or hassles and REE prices going up another 30-40% whilst cost stay stable.. a hard ask. If it happens, ARU would be worth significantly more (again assuming things go pretty much to plan).
Of course I am just guessing.
