Last time I saw something like this the market didn't move, so I though something was wrong and didn't buy. Then the company over a period of a week slowly crept up but not dramatically enough to get caught on the radar. Was some sort of mine in EU, maybe tungstan or vanadium etc and they got another company pay 50% more than listed price. Missed out on that one but this one I only found out by looking here, I still snoop but don't write much as I am not a day trader
