The deal BW echostar and Hughes has effectively been thwarted by the FCC today.
THis means that Direct TV is now open to negotiations with NCP and, assuming that Ruperts ideals haven´t changed in the past year, i am sure he will be on the prowl. This can only mean another big aquisition is on the agenda for NCP and further depriciation of NCP share price in the coming month . .. . the bounce today can't last for much longer .. ... i hope not i am still retaining my puts ..
