yeah but people don't make many profits if the overall stock prices from small caps keep going down after it was shorted, goes up a little but goes down more and more, never gets back to previous highs until they want it to, could be years before it happens, as i said shorting should not be allowed on small caps, it's ruing the amount of trades one can make during the day
