the brokers capping do not want the SP to rise, hence why low volume buys from the machines, the stocks don't go up and instead continue to go down and the brokers/instos just keep lending their shorting inventory out to sell until they have no more to lend, taking them out would not make much of a dent unless you own more than the broker has.
in other words you have to wait until a broker wants to buy plenty of a certain stock and then you ride it up with them like ZIP did.
but now unfortunately the global markets are addicted to scalping/shorting and markets keep falling, this little bounce is like a dangling carrot to catch more suckers into buying.
more selling is going to wipe those anticipated profits away, the billionaires want the stocks at rock bottom prices
