Woomera Mining Begins Auger Sampling Program at Mt Cattlin Project

The auger sampling plan aims to evaluate shallowly concealed greenstone sequences, specifically targeting pegmatite-hosted lithium deposits. This systematic approach follows a grid pattern of about 400 by 50 meters, intending to collect around 1,400 samples in total, the release said.Woomera is in the process of mobilizing a reverse circulation drill rig to the designated area, scheduled to begin drilling activities at the beginning of December. The plan involves executing around 3,000 meters of RC drilling, specifically aimed at examining the lithium anomalies detected via auger sampling earlier this year within the Mt Cattlin project, it said.
