SPA. Those 33M at 3c were issued last December but they are only up for quotation from today. So as I read it they couldn't have been sold until today.
The difference between issuing share and having them added to the amount available for trading. ie. being quoted.
Anyway. Don't take it as gospel but that is how I always think this works.
Of course peeps can still pay whatever they like.
Markets don't make a lot of sense most of the time. lol
