It is not about what locals want it is about decisions made following legal process. that was made very clear in the judgment released yesterday when this was not followed and overturned and the consent orders both parties agreed. So what if it doesn't get "local" approval- it is whether it is in compliance with the standards for approval and in the best interests of the CTH and power supply crisis.
