IOU market cap for 100Mil shares at $0.50, what a time to issue such a underwhelming price, effectively killing the momentum and the price will crawl to the 50c mark. Cap raises are never a great sign but at almost a 30% decline doesn't help. Good luck to any holders, don't let hubris leave you holding the bag!
