Active customers at 30 June 2021 were 32,472, (+45.7% on the pcp) and 16.3% above prospectus forecasts for 27,925 active customers. Net active customers added over the 2H21 were 6,931.
FY21 turnover was A$344.7m, up 83.3% on the pcp and 2.6% above prospectus forecasts of A$336.0m. The implied 2H21 turnover was A$179.9m, up 77.2%% on the pcp and 5.1% above the 2H21 prospectus forecasts of A$171.3m.
Net revenue (A$31.4m) and profit forecasts (EBITDA A$6.4m) for FY21 have been reiterated.
Management have confirmed that its US market entry remains on track, with the group targeting five priority states (Iowa, Virginia, Colorado, Maryland and Tennessee) as a B2C wagering provider for its initial market entry.
