RealSAM is sold in the USA where RealThing is working with the Library of Congress National Library Service for Blind and Print Disabled (NLS), the largest provider of products and content for the visually impaired in the US, and Veteran Affairs, an organisation supporting US war veterans.

So post transaction ( buying RealThing ) , HXL will have over $6m in cash, a MC of $4m odd and they have an AI product already seling in the US , aligned with the "the largest provider of products and content for the visually impaired in the US"  THat market must be huge.

They also have the AI management team and Board from hell

no wonder its getting discreetly lapped up at this entry level price.
