AssetOwl Ltd (“AssetOwl” or the “Company”) wishes to announce further cost saving measures associated with its pirsee product. AssetOwl’s operational subsidiary, AssetOwl Technologies Pty Ltd, is discontinuing support for its pirsee product. In the face of continuing challenging market conditions and slow uptake, the company has taken the difficult decision that the continued cost of maintaining the product cannot be justified.
The Company’s CEO, Mr Geoff Goldsmith will be leaving the Company on the 25th of August 2023, and the Board wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Goldsmith for his efforts in building a strong operational team and the pirsee product.
