    Yeah i think most are expecting one rate hike this year, slim but possibly two, and then I think we are pretty much done.

    Interesting speaking to a lot of people in the industry, they all think rate cut mid next year is coming POSSIBLY early next year, but all agreed 100% we are at or very close to the top of rates
