However, they (like anyone) does not want to miss the boat if the SP does run. It is very hard to accumulate efficiently and cost effectively when the price moves north as everyone else jumps on. If they believe in the company, the RvR by selling, potentially to someone else that is trying to accumulate, is a real risk.

Is this is by no means guaranteed - but a likely outcome.

We will of course see how this plays out over the course of the day.
