Can we trust these people ever again? It appears that they may not even have the U tenements; the reason for the last announcement was to push the share price up for the share placement.
How much commission do the directors get for the placement? Are these directors any better than their predecessors?

The reason for the last announcement was NOT "to push the share price up for the share placement."
It was because ASX regulations required them to report the information in a timely manner about the status of those Namibian leases.
