There is a significant difference to property
Tencent have a vested interest in getting APT pumping through China and Hong Kong as well as into the rest of South East Asia.
Of course Im not fussed whether you buy them or not.
I got in under $15 with a heap of shares and Im now pretty much free riding the balance of my APT holdings.
No genius here!!! I wish I never sold any at $29...
I could have almost retired!!!
