Company just getting its ducks in a row, do you have a better explanation as to why a director Utilitis Group of his credentials would join the board of AUH which is essentially a shell. Just because AUH have a 25 percent stake in in the private company isnt exactly much to go on. But then maybe it is, and it was always the plan.
Something bigger at play here will just take time to come out in the wash i suspect.
