Nevertheless, the Market has never liked projects in the Philipines cos they always seem to have problems. As I recall there are a couple of 'world's largest deposits of minerals' in the Phillipines that have never been mined.
I'd never try to put a value on where a project is, but I do look for negative factors as far putting a risk factor on a trade. DRC, Phillipines, yeh Chile, Russia on my ??? list.
