There are plenty of big players that want to take a position here. As well as plenty of traders aware of the clear resistance lines and how this has played out TA wise recently (me included), or not played out i.e the breaking of $11.5 the other day was rather 'bearish'.
As I said, if the soaking can continue and the traders stuck at the top get out, this could re-rate but I would not be surprised to see this lament at these levels or lower if more consistent buying does not take place in the next couple of hours.
