Ran my eyes over MDR quickly, not really understanding the why it is so good
Every GP can now consult over the phone/facetime/skype or some other form of service, prescriptions can them be sent to pharmacies, and this can all be bulk billed, as of yesterday this has no restrictions on who can use it
It is free for everyone and will be until Sept 30th where it will be reassessed
