SI6 - asx query released this morning is interesting, bought some on Fri due to the volume. Still capped at only $3m.
The Company is not aware of any other explanation for the recent trading in its securities however, the Company does note that an article titled “BCL attracts investors”, was published in the local Botswanan newspaper, The Patriot, on Sunday 17 May 2020. SI6 has a farm-in and joint venture agreement with BCL Limited and its subsidiary BCL Investments (Pty) Ltd (jointly referred to as “BCL”) in relation to three tenements(“Joint Venture Tenements”). BCL has earned a 40% equity interest in those Joint Venture Tenements, subject to completion of formalities, and can increase to 70% by funding a bankable feasibility study. In October 2016, BCL was placed into liquidation. Any progress on the BCL liquidation may enhance the value proposition of the Joint Venture Tenements.
