Request for Voluntary Suspension – ASX: 9SP 9 Spokes International Limited ARBN 610 518 075 (9 Spokes) requests a voluntary suspension be implemented for its ordinary shares under ASX Listing Rule 17.2 prior to the commencement of trading today.
9 Spokes provides the following information for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.2: • The voluntary suspension is requested because 9 Spokes has become aware that it is unlikely to be able to lodge its annual report (including the full year statutory accounts) by the required date of 31 May 2022. 9 Spokes’ auditor has advised 9 Spokes that it requires certain further information before it can confirm its satisfaction that 9 Spokes will continue as a going concern. In connection with obtaining this information, 9 Spokes is currently negotiating with a number of third parties in relation to potential fundraising and/or commercial transactions, binding commitments in relation to which may, but are unlikely to be, concluded by 31 May 2022.
