In a capacity manner, I'm still skeptical in a 'fast' solution and honestly, I see that as the downfall to most people that are pushing this. They are pushing for something that they don't know how to manage purely because they want what they want. To only charge these at your home will not be a solution as people travel, solar is not always reliable etc. there are problems there still. the reality is that any move to change where electricity is sourced will take decades so all this doom and gloom by 2030, 2050 or whatever is currently not going to be well managed. Again, the main polluting countries are still not a focus point for activist groups. For myself, I doubt I will be using an electric car before I hit my middle ages.
