Granted there are many REE stocks that will not make it as nearly all are hard rock deposits and are deep to boot.
Ionic clay deposits are very,very rare shallow deposits at those grades even rarer they are easily mined, and processing is many multiples cheaper they are virtually washing clay as the first step. The refining of separate REEs is much more complex.
Once proven up this will be prove to be world class and big companies and investors will be wanting a slice of the pie.
$2.16 still cheap IMHO.
