My view was some quasi form of debt that the holder can elect to convert into equity at some point in the future at a higher price or receive the funds back. I aslo feel it may be deal with existing partner. I'm hoping the let go of Libra permit + sell down 20% to 25% of Crux for about same money and if we are lucky get some finance from same guys. Lets say they get 250 Million is sell down assets and 300 Million in Debt. If they can get Capex down to about 700 to 800Million then their portion maybe close to covered. ie 60%of 700 is 420 Million. Although. With Finance secure and sales completed it will certainly put a rocket under share. My guess is 70cents in short term. Now interestingly I wonder if people who made offer for the lot all of a sudden turn hostile if they loose out. I also suspect ROC maybe manipulating the SP for their own purpose as a favor to partner. Impossible to prove but clearly they have been selling of recent.

I guess we just need to wait and see.
