This is a difficult stock given that it also listed on the AIM (UK market) since 2015 and the Top 20 are mainly London/European based nominees
The chart is confusing in a number of points.
If it does not hold 76 It may well drift back towards 71 - which to some is necessary so that it fills that gap up from that level.
Currently sitting above both 3 and 8 SMA - a negative
RSI has flat lined so it may move ahead.- waiting to see if this develops
So, overall not sure that one would be buying in once it hit 81 as to me that is the next resistance level. Perhaps you meant buying now and exiting before that point?
