The MACD monthly is about to cross. There has been 20months in a row of down bars on the MACD! This is an inflection point.

There is this consolidation pattern with a nullified golden cross so far. This is like a coil wound up with great potential energy. I believe a golden cross is incoming.

With the backing of the Federal Court, I believe PEP-11's NOPTA application will be approved.
