From what I was trained aboutcandles charting 20+ years ago
under normal circs, for a descendingtriangle to break out upwards it should do so about 2/3rds of the way along thehypotenuse.
This stock’s trading candles have almost reached the apex without such a break, before which I would not be buying.

on 09 October, states the stockwas then trading, solidly, above both the 50 & 200SMA’s.
But my less-reliable candles chartshows me it has been trading of late below
the 8 & 20EMA’s,
&also within the lower half of a BollingerBand.
I do agree with you tho that1 or 2 buyers could spark a break up, but IMO they won’t be doing that ahead ofan incentivising ANN.
