That must be Pattaya there is it down the hill at that beach under the Casuarinas at the beginning of the Jomtien end. Nice. In my extended time in Thailand on visits to Pattaya to get to the seaside away from Bangkok I would often spend an afternoon there enjoying the scene, a foot massage most often and a couple of cold beers. Just lovely.
