OT You are 100% correct PL2, shorters are allowed by ASX and ASIC to basically destroy retail mum and dads hard earned whilst these big funds laugh all the way to the bank.What other pupose do big fund shorts and bots used for??? anyone ?
In reality small time investors should line up a class action squarely aimed at the negligence of ASIC and ASX for allowing such a manipulated market when ASICs own policy is providing a level, transparent and fair market, but it is anything but.
Total BS and in the meantime the ASIC suits are dressed in polos out on the golf course , and dining on top shelf seafood and wine at the taxpayers expense. I've tried calling these people and put in complaints, they are unavailable and never get a response, yet they are available with hands out when the Govt are dishing out taxpayers funds at these useless regulators.
