Teefer - I see what you are saying on working the numbers... at least they didn't allow CVIO for the placement holder numbers. As it stands now, if we divide the total shares by 5 there could be 58,092,168 options, but they only applied for 56,836,170 - pre placement 3B.
The fact that overseas holders (outside of Aus & NZ that is) weren't eligible - so you could be right. Mates options may be up for grabs. I suspected they'd give some to the 3.45 mill placement taker - and they still might, to sweeten the deal after they paid over 31c per share.
Guess we'll find out eventually!
