it only makes sense, otherwise why would so many be holding the stock even at higher prices, with more results from September coming they know something.
Look at the capper at 2.5 cents, 10 million+ shares why? possibly more accumulation at these prices for the next rise
and if it's not a capper like some will say, they're placing their sell order at 2.5 cents because they think it will go there
