You know the spec market is absolute crap when lots of pump and dumps occur to raise capital.
Yet GWR has cash of around $38 million as per last quarterly plus investments totalling to $47 million, yet the market cap is around $25 million.
A massive margin of safety here. Never seen such a large negative Market Cap.
