    but you just said 1 time out of 10 capping is a reality and not a myth, so that is 10 times out of 100 that capping actually happens.

    If they wanted to get out and it wasn't fake sell orders capping the stock why didn't they get out earlier when it was at 1.8 - 1.2 cents?
    For me, it's holding the stock down purposely, possibly for accumulation until a significant announcement of high quality comes along.
    If that's not the case then those who bought the stock and are sitting there just issuing it out as short script should just get lost and stop wasting the company and traders time, because it's dragging on and on
