OT and not having a crack. Just my two cents which may OR may not help.

Weekly, you mention the same thing.....manipulation, stocks being held back ETC.

Perhaps reconsider the stocks you trade, your trading plan, entries and exits. If this same complaint is something you consistently find within the stocks that you do hold and/or trade, then perhaps its actually just a matter of holding/trading the wrong stocks ? Unless the story is compelling and then patience is required to see it though.

Sometimes it helps to look within, rather than externally for the answers...
