Granted he probably recieved the majority of shares for free and all sales will make him a profit but if he waited a lot more money he could make (if it is him)

its only going to slow down the sp rising eventually it will head up over .10c and once that happens who knows where it will stop.

and from my claculations

3 wells 53 bopd gives each well averaging 17.7bopd

15 wells allowing 2 dusters gives 265 bopd * 350days allows for any stoppages * $69 = $6.399mil /141m shares gives .045 eps

50 wells at 883 bopd * 350 * $69 = $21.332mill / 141m shares gives .15c eps

so factor in the gas which was last reported on 3rd october as 8,446.1018mcf for 3 months (unstimulated)

this does not even include all other fields

so i would say AKK is well undervalued
