I recall when a well known stem cell research company had a $ 7 share price ... MS came out with a convincing argument for a $ 14 price target ... the SP collapsed soon after , currently its sub $ 1 ...
... what will ignite the price of ATP will be the reintroduction of dividend payments ... and , as the balance sheet is largely clear of debt , there's no hindrance to that happening ...
