Very interested in your views, you strike me as a more objective holder of this stock than some.
I have been puzzled by the whole financing equity business, the announcement back in June did talk about a "placement" which certainly implied a private group of investors (to me at least).
That said, I believe the possibility of these shares being sold on the open market at a price that meets Mesoblast "minimum price" will be the realistic option. In the end, if Kentgrove can dribble them out to the market place at a price that meets Mesoblast's stated minimum price, that is what they will do.
Regarding "If he specifically said that capital raised from the Kentgrove facility would be non-dilutive," it is worth listening to what the ceo said from about 22:35 on the link below, particular what they "would not be doing to shareholders".
