columbia - i stand corrected and now have no doubt that MB is NOT a director

but this is a little troubling - a CEO who does not have a seat on the board? i don't have the stats and neither have i done any research but surely this is something of a rarity?

i note from the website "Mike reports directly to MCO's Board of Directors" so maybe it is an accepted practise and i'm certainly in favour of having the minimum practicable number of board members

and although i'm not going to know about it i sincerely hope he has taken the opportunity to get onto the holder's register
