    Management does not care,little info since quarterly compare that with KZL and JML obviously keep small share holder in the dark the easy way hand over PEM on the cheap in a takeover and directors get a more lucrative position in the new companyI have seen this happen and been a victim before.JML almost the same as PEM in SP.Next info to shareholders with quarterly Ha Ha
