I find that it helps to know what analysts are factoring in to get to those target prices/valuations. For example, Morgans are working on lower-end of revenue guidance being achieved to reach their AVH $5.60 target price.
If the company manages sales over $78.5M, I'd say Morgans' price target would be conservative.
