You're right.
The issue with those reports is that they are not fundamentally correct so it may blindside mum/dad investors on this forum when they stock doesn't go to 12c.
Example - Mustang Resources, MS report says 17c, after it resumes trading it'll tumble to 5c or less. Some guy who had never invested in the market put his life savings on that stock at around the 15c mark.
I've attached two reports on MXC, they are reported periodically so obviously the accuracy is off, but they depict the sensitivity of the stock.
